CallTure is a technology company based in Canada. It was founded in 1997 and has since served more than 100,000 clients. While they offer a variety of different services, there are two basic business units to choose from. The first is a retail unit that any person or business can utilize and the second is a platforming unit which offers end-to-end, white label solution. In this review of CallTure, we will take a look at both their business services and platform services.
Review of CallTure Business Services
1. Virtual Phone System
The first business service which is offered is referred to as the virtual phone system. This will provide you with your own personal virtual receptionist which can answer and route all of your incoming calls. This will allow you to forward calls to any land line, cell phone, or VoIP number. There are six different price plans to choose from ranging from $4.95 to $78.95 per month. Aside from the minimum package, they all include an unlimited number of extensions, Internet fax, and all of the features listed on the website. This includes things like a toll-free number, customized main greeting, memo on call, on hold music, and unlimited call handling.
2. Toll-Free Service
The toll-free service is fairly similar to the virtual phone system. The biggest difference is that it is based around the toll-free number itself, rather than a full virtual phone system. Currently, there is no set up fee and a 30 day free trial. There are three packages to choose from ranging from $4.95 to $19.95. The baseline package includes voicemail and no extensions. The other two packages include 5 and 10 extensions. There are additional per minute rates as well. If you find that you're using a similar number of minutes every month then the virtual phone system may be a better choice, because each package includes a certain amount of minutes per month.
3. Call Me Buttons
The call me buttons service is a click to talk service which allows your online visitors to speak with your call center agents directly. The benefit of this is that you can place these buttons anywhere on your website, e-mails, or even banner ads. All your website visitor needs to do is enter their phone number and other details, such as their name and address. You will then receive a voice message. As soon as you respond to the voice message, you will be instantly connected to that customer based upon the details that they provided. The base rate is two dollars per month, however there will also be per minute rates based upon where the call is coming from and where it's going to.
Review of CallTure Platform Services
CallTure offers two different platform services for businesses. The first is a debit turnkey platform which will allow you to create your own private label prepaid and calling card program. The second is a VoIP turnkey platform which will allow you to create your own phone service for other businesses and consumers. This allows you to create your own virtual phone system business utilizing the CallTure infrastructure. Depending on which platform you use and what services you offer your clients the rates can vary greatly.
